How do I get past “search this account” / “Found 0 contacts” when attempting to compose a new email message on my iPad?

Hello Microsoft support,
In Outlook on my up-to-date iPad Pro with a current and active Office 365 subscription, when I initiate a new email message I’m presented with a window with prompts for “To:”, “Subject:” and a space to compose my message.
When I enter a valid email address in the “To:” space I’m presented with a prompt to: “Search this account”. What does this mean?
When I click this prompt to do the “search” a message is returned which reads: “Found 0 contacts”. What does this mean?
(1) It shouldn’t mean that it searched my contacts list! That shouldn’t be a requirement to send a message. And it can’t mean that, because the contact does exist in my contact list.
(2) And it doesn’t mean that the address doesn’t exist because it is a valid address.
(3) And it doesn’t mean that my account needs to be reset because I’ve already tried that. It didn’t resolve the problem.
(4) And finally it doesn’t mean that the account I’m using isn’t configured to send email messages because I can successfully reply to a message and it is received.
With this occurring I am entirely prevented from creating new email messages.
So, why can’t I compose a new message without getting blocked by “Search this account”? How can I get past this?

I'm just confused on the logic behind this. On the reddit app if you try to view some subreddits you'll get a page saying "can't view community, you currently cannot view this community. If you think you should be able to view this community, consider contacting it's moderators"... Like it doesn't make any logical sense. How are you supposed to contact it's moderators, if you're unable to see it's moderators, because you're unable to even view the community? And no, I really don't care about seeing the community like that, I don't even remember what community it was, I just think it's redundant they have this in the message and just wondering why it is?

Poor connection can often initiate this response. The device cannot find the subreddit, so it doesn't exist or is hidden to the device.

Top Comment: According to the gamefaqs guide: ( https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/816306-yakuza-0/faqs/74451/equipment ) they are actually equipment. Not particularly useful equipment, but you should be able to use them as an accessory, and they do raise some of your defenses a bit. I think pocket tissues and the UFO catcher prizes are the only strictly useless items in Yakuza 0, although there are quite a few items you would only use for a substory or that Majima might use to recruit certain hostesses.
Headset Bluetooth NPLAY Contact 2.0 liga no xbox?

Olá, eu tenho um amigo que tem uns Headset da NPLAY Contact 2.0 do Ps5 e ele já não usa mais e perguntou se eu queria ficar com eles. Eu pesquisei online e diz que o headset é do Ps5, mas não diz se conecta com o xbox series s. Alguém sabe dizer se vai funcionar?
